Wylie was reactivated in New Orleans, having spent most of his 'sleep time' pumping gas in El Paso. Graves' attaché implicated Shepherd for the murder of Rose Madrid, the love of Wylie's life. Wylie killed her on Shepherd's orders, as Rose had been acting against the Trust. After Shepherd died, Wylie fled to Juarez with Dizzy, where they met Benito and Branch. There, Wylie figured out Graves' master plan, but was killed by Remi as he went to face his former superior.
