The
Rain blazed into action in Chicago. Graves activated him whilst
on his way to meet Dizzy for the first time. Victor remained unaffiliated with the rest of the Minutemen,
but was amnipulated into
working with Lono following the death of Shepherd. He was acting
for Graves whilst Lono was carrying out Shepherd's
dying requests, but has now openly taken sides by taking Dizzy
from Wylie and returning her to Graves. |
