The
Rain blazed into action in Chicago. Graves activated him whilst
on his way to meet Dizzy for the first time. Victor remained unaffiliated with the rest of the Minutemen,
but was manipulated into
working with Lono following the death of Shepherd. He was acting
for Graves whilst Lono was carrying out Shepherd's
dying requests, but openly took sides by taking Dizzy
from Wylie and returning her to Graves. He has now returned to his
true loyalties, and is enforcing the will of Graves. |
